Taking the high road is not noble nor is it wise when there are perfectly reasonable and even enjoyable options presented to you that still address your needs and goals. Bemoaning their current lack of availability is more than just a waste of time, it is deterring you yet again from the simplest and likely the best way forward.
There is now and there is nothing else.
Don't move a muscle. Start where you are.

nice work here, i think you are spot on with this. avoid the perfect being the enemy of the good. ive been playing around with the concept of "be the change you wish to see in the world". I think the tendancy is to have that apply to the generous, self-less. which is good. but it seems to apply to the interest of self, and if we don't address those needs honestly, then we are less when we turn to the needs of others. be the change. be honest about the change you need. love ya.
I emailed you, Great Spirit (letting you know in case I got spam-filtered, etc.).
